Please make yourself at home in our Alpine Apartments. Spend a holiday in your own four walls in perfect location - directly next to the ski slope und only 15 minutes away from Lech. Our semi-catering - a with Austrian delicacies filled fridge - is included in the price. Just the same as the stated parking spaces outside or in our hotel garage.

Prices are per day for the given minimum occupancy,
excluding local tax of € 4,60 per person/day from the age of 15.
Following surcharges apply per person and day
Apartment Madloch: € 60,- (from 5th person, for max. 6 persons)
Apartment Feuerstein/Omeshorn: € 35,- (from 3rd person, for max. 4 persons)

self catered: 1x per week linen change
bed & breakfast: 1x per week linen change plus breakfast
half board: 1x per week linen change plus half board (breakfast and dinner)
Pets are not allowed in our house!
Terms and conditions and cancellation policy
The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply:
- up to 1 month before the arrival date 40% of the total package price;
- up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70 % of the total package price;
- in the last week before the day of arrival 90 % of the total arrangement price;
- no show: 100 % of the arrangement price.
